The Foundation don`t take decisions. This things are very difficult to organize when we have this great economical crise but I´m working in it. The Institutions want to know all about the costs.
I talked with my friend Mário Silva about that (Mário has 80 years old and he is very recognize here like an artist) to help me about the project.
I stay in touch with other Institution through of Mário Silva. Soon I will send an email to all artists to update about the project.
